Medically-supervised training therapy (MTT) is exential for successful rehabilitation. The objective of MTT ist to maintain and improve uscular functions and stability through a systematic training program so that patients can participate in everyday life and sports and not feel any pain. MTT makes use of numerous training and measurement therapies:

Training Therapies

  • Isokinetic muscle strength training
  • Auxotonic muscle strength training
  • Computer-assisted back training
  • Training of spine-stabilizing muscles
  • Complex coordination training/proprioceptive training
  • Pulse-driven cardiovascular training
  • Gait analysis
  • MBT shoe counseling and training
  • Personal training with a sports therapist

Testing procedures (computer-assisted)

  • Isokinetic muscle function diagnosis test with computer analysis
  • Back test to detect muscular imbalances
  • Cardiovascular IPN ergometer test
